Leanna Klein

Leanna Klein,78, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Cedar Gate Nursing Home, Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was born, June 23, 1938, in St. Louis, to the late, Cephas Smith and Elizabeth (Aldridge) Smith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Oland Kenneth Klein; one son, Oland Kenneth Klein Jr.; one daughter, Debbie Isbell; two brothers, Walter and Bobby Aldridge; and one sister, Norma Jean Louis.
She is survived by three sons—John Holmes and his wife, Jean of Las Cruces, NM; Mark Klein of Poplar Bluff, Mo; and Tim Klein and his wife, Theresa, of Poplar Bluff, Mo; 10 grandchildren—Mark Klein Jr., Bridget Warmack, Trever McCormick, Travis McCormick, Trenton McCormick, Leanna Rose Klein, Mindy Christine Conant, John Holmes Jr., Dustin Graves, and Derek Graves; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker. She loved to knit and crochet. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She had past attended Little Brushy Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation was held Monday, April 17, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont. Funeral services  followed at 12:00 p.m. also at the Piedmont Chapel. Burial was at Bloomfield Veterans Cemetery Monday, April 17, 2017, at 3:00pm. Pastor Tim Schultz ministered to the family. Mark Klein, Tim Klein, John Holmes, Mark Klein Jr., Dustin Graves, and Derek Graves served as pallbearers.  Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com.
