Annice G. Widger
Annice Geraldine Widger, 87 of Pevely, passed away Friday, Aug. 11, 2017, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus. Mrs. Widger was born June 22, 1930, in Annapolis to the late Floyd and Apha (Lee) White.
On July 29, 1967, Annice was united in marriage to Alva Widger in Elizabeth City, N. C.; to this union one daughter was born. Annice was a homemaker and a member of the Eastern Star of Temple Club chapter number 313, she helped raise her sister’s children, enjoyed taking care of her flowers and embroidery.
Survivors include one sister, Inez Bockhoff of St. Louis; as well as other relatives and friends whom will mourn her passing.
Visitation and funeral services for Annice were held on Wednesday, Aug. 16 at McSpadden Funeral Home in Bunker; with Elder Dennis Burns officiating. Burial was in Bunker Cemetery.
