Clearwater Vision in Piedmont to Close After 32 Years

Clearwater Vision Center will be closing its doors on Friday, Sept. 21,after 32 years in business in Piedmont.  The final day for seeing regularly scheduled patients is Friday, Aug. 31. 

An agreement between Clearwater Vision Center and Dr. James Hunt, OD/Vision Improvement Clinic in Piedmont will begin on Saturday, Sept. 22, that results in records of patients seen less than seven years ago (10 years if Medicare) be transferred to Vision Improvement Clinic to result in continuation of care and cooperation to honor existing warranties. 

If a patient instead wishes to pick up a copy of his/her records, the office will be open for such on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Wednesday, Sept. 5, to Friday, Sept. 21. The staff at Clearwater Vision requests that you call ahead (223-7615) at least two days before picking up records. You will need to be present and have a valid photo ID.
