Panthers Dominate  In Opening Round

The South Iron Panthers boys basketball team made a statement Monday night in the first-round of the Class 1, District 2, Tournament in Annapolis. The team can score and will be hard to stop.

South Iron, the top seed, beat 105-24. 

The Panthers now 20-4.

Second-seeded Lesterville beat Bell City 58-31. Leopold downed Viburnum 79-46. Zalma beat St. Paul Lutheran 62-55. 

The Panthers were slated  to face Zalma Tuesday evening. Due to the weather forecast, that game was postponed.
