Tenna Bell Crocker

Tenna Bell Crocker of Ironton, Missouri, passed away January 3, 2020 in Farmington, Missouri, at the age of 95 years.  She was born February 6, 1924, in Sabula, Missouri the daughter of the late John and Minnie (Huff) Lewis.

Tenna Bell is survived by three children; Stanley Crocker and wife, Charlotte of Ironton, Missouri, Patricia Ladene (Crocker) Dylewski of Ironton, Missouri, and Curtis Crocker and wife, Nuch, of House Springs, Missouri.  Also surviving is her sister, Imogene Allmon of Springfield, Missouri, grandsons; Stanley Todd Crocker, Eric Dylewski and Tyler Crocker, and great grandchildren; Kyleigh Dylewski and Robert Dylewski as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Tenna Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Jesse Crocker, seven siblings; Marvin Leon Lewis, Gladine Stark, Edna Lewis, Patsy Scaggs, Lucille Dennison, Ruth Botkins Greenhill, and Pauline Meadows, and her son-in-law, Stanley Dylewski.

Tenna Bell loved to garden and at age 92 she was still running her roto tiller to care for her garden.  She enjoyed canning and making jelly from the labors of her gardening.  She would share the results with family and friends at Christmas.  Tenna Bell especially enjoyed spending time with her family. 

It was her request that no formal funeral services be held.  She will be interred in the Masonic Cemetery next to her husband at a later date.  Local arrangements were entrusted to the care of Bryson Funeral Home.
