Dr. A. Wayne Cook, 78, of Piedmont, MO, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. A first visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. A second visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 23, 2020, at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel, 400 W Daugherty St, Webb City, MO, 64870.
