Patricia Ruth German

Patricia Ruth German, daughter of the late Cecil Vincent Howard and Mildred Wilkerson, was born in Jefferson City, Missouri, on May 31, 1944. She departed this life at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 10, 2020, at the age of 75.

Patricia was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Lesterville, Missouri. She enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint, decorating for Christmas and dancing. Patricia’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. 

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, George Howard, and one sister, Stella Howard. 

Patricia is survived by one son, Robert Glaze and wife Angie of Edwardsville, Kansas, three daughters, Cheryl McGee and husband Mike of Lesterville, Missouri, Pamela Cook and husband Mike of Orlando, Florida, and Sandra Narrington and husband Stephen of Clermont, Florida, one brother, Vincent Howard of Indian Trail, North Carolina, seven grandchildren, Shannon, Paul, Mike Jr., Justin, Christine, Austin, and Dylan, and three great-grandchildren, Destiny, Noah, and Hana. Patricia will be deeply missed by a host of relatives and many friends who will mourn her passing. 

Visitation was Sunday, February 16, 2020 at McSpadden Funeral Home, Lesterville, Missouri Funeral services were Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Fellowship Baptist Church, Lesterville, Missouri.

Pastor Daniel Sparks, assisted by Mitch Bryant, ministered to the family. Pallbearers were Mike McGee, Mike Cook, Justin Cook, Robert Glaze, Austin Brooky, Dylan Glaze, Shane James and Sandy Narrington

Burial was in Lesterville Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations to Food Pantry at Fellowship Baptist Church.

Arrangements were by McSpadden Funeral Home, Lesterville, Missouri.
