Martha Lorene Whited of Pilot Knob, Mo., passed away Feb. 22, 2020 in St. Louis, Mo., at the age of 67 years, 10 Months, and 29 days. She was born March 24, 1952 in St. Louis, Mo., a daughter of the late William and Alma Dunbar Whited.
On Dec. 6, 1973, she was united in marriage to Gary Whited who survives. Also surviving are four children; Angela Lambert of Granite City, Mo., Jackie Banks of Bismarck, Maria Whited of Paris, Tenn., and Gary Whited II of Ironton; four Grandchildren; Cassie, Austin, Loren, and Aydan; 9 great grandchildren, and her girls, Kendalynn, and Nyla; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother Bob Whited.
Martha worked as a Home Health Aide for many years. She loved Gardening, and her flower garden and cooking for her Family and spending time with them. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church and for the last few years attended the Glover Baptist Church with her husband Gary.
Funeral services were be held on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at Cole Family Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Alcorn officiating. Visitation was Tuesday morning prior to the service.
