Thomas Eugene Lovelace

Thomas Eugene Lovelace, age 77, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the Clark’s Mountain Nursing Center in Piedmont. He was born July 29, 1942 in Piedmont, the son of Charles P. Lovelace and Norma (Davis) Lovelace.

A lifelong resident of Piedmont, Tommy worked for 18 years at Brown Shoe Company and 14 years for Clearwater Schools. He was an Army veteran, serving from 1964 to 1966 and attended Trinity United Methodist Church.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Charles and Norma Lovelace.

Survivors include one brother, Charles Lovelace and his wife Carolyn, of Silva, one sister, Nancy Moore and her husband Russ, of Piedmont, two nieces, Leigh Ann Lovelace, of Piedmont, Lisa Kay Hodges, of Danville, IL, two nephews, Michael Lovelace, of Barnhart, MO, Todd Moore, of Clinton, UT, as well as many great nieces and great nephews.

Graveside Memorial Services were held Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Masonic Cemetery in Piedmont. Services were under the direction of Morrison Funeral Chapel.
