Glenda Nadine Brown

Glenda Nadine (Wallace) Brown, 81, of Ellsinore, MO, passed away March 5, 2020, at her home. She was born April 16, 1938, to parents Herman and Eva (Johnson) Wallace, near Leeper, Mo. 

Glenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was united in marriage to Richard Brown on July 20, 1965. They were married fifty-four years and was of the protestant faith.  

She retired from Division of Family Services as a caseworker in Wayne County. Her great enjoyment was playing the guitar and singing. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters: Phyllis Moses and Geraldine Montgomery. 

Glenda is survived by her loving husband, her children; Regina Crumrine of Springfield, Mo., Richard Aaron Brown and wife Samantha of Brough, England, grandchildren; Lane Crumrine, of Springfield, Mo., Aaron and Joshua Brown, Brough, England; sisters: Karen Eaton of Piedmont, Mo., Gail Brown of Steeleville, Ill., brothers: Stan Wallace of Piedmont, Mo., and Steve Wallace of Crestwood, Ken.  

Visitation was held Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont, Mo. Funeral service followed, also in the Piedmont Chapel. Pastor James Huffman ministered to the family. Matthew Wallace, Troy Eaton, Kenneth Brown, Larry Mollett, Shaun Wallace, and David Montgomery served as pallbearers. Burial was in Alwood Cemetery near Piedmont.
