Carol Lee House

Carol Lee House, daughter of the late Gladys Williams Hasty and Jordan Hasty, was born in Ironton, Missouri, on July 15, 1948. She departed this life at her residence in Centerville, Missouri, on March 21, 2020, at the age of 71.

On August 19, 1967 in Lutesville, Missouri, Carol was united in marriage to Charles House and to this loving union four children were born. He preceded her in death on February 15, 2015. Carol was a member of the Glencoe Community Church in Glencoe, Missouri. She enjoyed embroidering, crocheting and making crafts. Carol’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her family especially her grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother, Joe Hasty.

Carol is survived by three sons, Charles House II of Centerville, Missouri, Jordan House and wife Dalayne of Ironton, Missouri, Timothy House of Centerville, Missouri, one daughter, Tammy Smith of Centerville, Missouri, five grandchildren, Kimberly, Raymond, Tayrn, Connor and Harold, five great-grandchildren, Dameion, Rylee, Asher, Tobi and Jazmin, one brother, Jimmy Hasty of Redford, Missouri, and two sisters, Sherry Wells and Danna Jordan both of Lesterville, Missouri. Carol will be deeply missed by her family and many friends who will mourn her passing.

Visitation was Monday, March 23, at McSpadden Funeral Home Funeral Services followed.  Pastor Glenn Templeton ministered to the family.

Burial was in Hasty Cemetery.
