Reba Joan Pinkley

Reba Joan Pinkley of Ironton, Missouri passed away March 24, 2020, at her residence at the age of 81 years.  She was born November 11, 1938 in Roselle, Missouri the daughter of the late Rolla Lee and Stella Lorene (Schrum) Thompson.  

In addition to her parents, Reba was preceded in death by her husband of forty-seven years, Donald Maurice Pinkley, two children; Carol Jones and James Pinkley, two brothers; Samuel Thompson and Steven Thompson and her sister, Donna Pinkley.

On October 16, 1955 she was united in marriage to Donald Maurice Pinkley who proceded her in death on November 17, 2002.  Reba is survived by five of their children; Lee Pinkley and wife, Connie, Angela Keesee and husband, Richard, Diana Reed and husband, Tony, Victoria Smith and husband, Larry, and Mary Albertson and husband, Robert all of Ironton, Missouri.  Her son-in-law, Ken Jones and her daughter-in-law, Kim Pinkley survive and reside in Ironton as well.  Reba was a grandmother to eleven, great grandmother to twenty-four, and great great grandmother to two.

Reba was a member of the Ironton Church of the Nazarene.  Most recently she had attended Arcadia Valley Assembly of God Church.  She was a woman of many talents.  Reba was a wonderful cook and enjoyed trying new recipes.  She also enjoyed all sorts of crafts and would try anything new and keep at it until she made it work.  Reba left her family with lots of wonderful memories and many talents.
