Dora Pigg
Dora L. Pigg, 61, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She was born in St. Louis, MO, on May 2, 1959, to parents Howard Leon and Doris Mae (Rash) Pigg. Dora was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Dora was a custodian at Williamsville Elementary School. She had a special place in her heart for children and a passion to bring a smile to every child she crossed paths with. She had been involved with girl scouts serving as a troop leader. Dora was an active asset to the community, dressing up as a clown for community events and giving away balloons to the children. Dora enjoyed making candles, painting, and many other crafts she would complete and give away.
She is preceded in death by her father, and her brother: Howard Pigg.
Dora is survived by her mother, children: Dakota Pigg of Williamsville, Brenden Sanders of Poplar Bluff, Distiny Tippen of Williamsville: grandchild: Carter Tippen, brothers: James Pigg of De Soto, MO, Eugene Pigg and wife Karen of Westphalia, MO; twin-sister: Zelma Sanders of Williamsville. Dora will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and community.
Visitation was held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, May 30, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville Chapel. Memorial service followed at 5:00 pm, also at the Williamsville Chapel. Bro.
