Health Center to be at Clearwater R-1 Monday giving vaccinations

Wayne County Health Center will be at Clearwater Middle School on Monday, July 6, from 12 -3 to give immunizations to the 8th grade (Meningococcal and Tdap) and 12th grade (Meningococcal) vaccines that are required before school starts. They will also have some Hep A and HPV shots available if your child has started a series and needs to finish it.

A parent will need to be present to sign the forms. Remember all students are required to have the shots before they can remain at school on the day we return to school. Also, if your child has already received their vaccine, you can turn it in to Nurse Thompson on Monday or have it faxed to 573-223-3117. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.
