Mike was preceded in death by his parents, and one infant brother.

Mike is survived by his wife Suzette Smith; six children, Justin Smith (Jodi), Shaun Smith, Nickolas Smith (Larissa), Brandon Smith (Tory), Amanda Ward (Ken), and Savannah Smith; eleven grandchildren, Parker, Madison, Morgan, Sophy, Lydia, Emma, Lane, Michael, Abigail, Travis, and Levi; and one brother, Benjamin Harrison Smith IV (Lee). Mike will be deeply missed by a host of relatives and many friends who will mourn his passing.
