Iron County Now Has 15 Confirmed Cases of COVID-19

The Iron County Health Department announced Sunday afternoon that there are now 15 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Iron County, 11 of which are currently active.

This is three new cases since Friday, where the health department announced two new cases of the virus.

Iron County has recently seen a jump in cases.  Since July 17, 2020 there have been 11 new cases confirmed.

The new cases of COVID-19 are being investigated and monitored according to CDC guidelines.  Close contacts will be quarantined and monitored as well.
