Christopher ‘Chris’ Eric LaChance

Christopher “Chris” Eric LaChance, 26, of Leadwood, MO, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2020, at his residence. He was born August 29, 1993, to parents Terry Creamer and Carla LaChance.

Chris was a loving son, brother, and friend. He was a graduate of Leadwood High School and was an Eagle Scout.

Chris proudly served our country with the United States Marines. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, baseball, and he loved fishing. He had worked as a deck hand on the barge lines for about three years.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Creamer.

In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his twin brother, Terry LaChance of Bonne Terre, and brother, Dakota LaChance of Potosi, his grandmother, Minroda Creamer, his uncles, John Norton, and James Creamer. Chris will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Visitation was held Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Richmond Chapel, Wappapello. Funeral services followed at Richmond Chapel. Pastor Richard Sanders ministered to the family. Pallbearers were, Josh Hendricks, David Schrader, Kevin Thornhill, Ryan Wampler, Keith Brant, and Dennis Zaretzky. Burial was in Richmann Cemetery, Wappapello, MO.
