Centerville woman seriously injured

A Centerville woman was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 4, while attempting to get into a parked car. Another vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and struck a parked car.

The accident occurred At 4:30 p.m. on Highway 21 at Centerville. Destiny R Aiello, 38, of Centerville was flown by air ambulance to St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Louis.

Aiello was getting into a parked a 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis. She was struck by a 2016 Toyota Highlander that was driven by Raffi K Keikorian, 62, of St Louis.
