Curtis Alvin Arnett Sr.
Curtis Alvin Arnett Sr., son of the late Delta Taylor Arnett and Raymond Arnett, was born in Gideon, Missouri, on January 2, 1935. He departed this life at his residence in Bunker, Missouri, on July 24, 2020, at the age of 85.
On September 18, 1957 in Long Beach, California, Curtis was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Burke. Patricia preceded him in death on February 12, 2008. Curtis enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and going fishing. He loved listening to his sons play music and driving trucks.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and one sister, Lucille Highley
Curtis is survived by three sons, Curtis Alvin Arnett Jr. and wife Pat of Bunker, Missouri, Frank Woodcock of Stanton, Missouri, Bruce Arnett of Daytona Beach, Florida, four grandchildren, Jimmy and Curtis Devin, and Brad and Joey Quick, eight great-grandchildren, Alex Arnett, Para Arnett and Andrew Woodcock, Brady Wisdom, Dalton Quick, Brad Quick, Shelby Quick, and Ansley, great-great-grandchild, Roman Alvin Quick and one on the way, one brother, Charles Arnett of Winter Haven, Florida, two sisters, Dora Brower of Festus, Missouri, Lilly Payne of Indiana. Curtis will be deeply missed by his family and many friends who will mourn his passing.
