David “Dave” Lee Dunlap

David “Dave” Lee Dunlap of Mineral Point, MO passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the age of 55 years and one day. He was born July 27, 1965 in Salem, MO to Melba Eudy Thomas and the late Donald Gale Dunlap.
Dave is survived by his mother Melba, a son Brandon Dunlap of Texas, one brother Donald Dunlap of Mineral Point, MO, two sisters, Patty Risher of Ironton, MO and Tina Gaynor and husband Joe of Middle Brook, MO, a niece Heather Dunlap, his loving dog LJ, and many other loving family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Donald, his step-father(the only father he knew) Don Thomas, a sister Betty Sue who passed away in infancy, a sister-in-law Glenda Dunlap, a great-nephew Joseph Matthew Dunlap, and a special friend Danielle Dunbar.
Dave graduated from Arcadia Valley High School and worked many years for several different tree trimming and removal companies.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 6:00 pm from the Cole Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Interment will be in the Thomas Cemetery. Rev. Charles Sutton will be officiating the services.
