New COVID-19 Case Added in Iron County

The Iron County Health Department announced an additional case of COVID-19.

There are currently 22 positive cases that have been confirmed in the county.  14 of those cases are active.  There have been a total of 817 negative tests given to residents in Iron County.

Earlier in the week there was an issue where the State of Missouri’s COVID-19 Dashboard showed more positive cases than what the health department was reporting.  The health department investigated the issue and found that there were two cases from another county being reported for Iron County.  That discrepancy has since been resolved.
