Clearwater VB Team Falls to Puxico

Clearwater High Scool’s varsity volleyball team lost to Puxico in 5 sets (25-15, 11-25, 25-11, 21-25, 17-19) during action Sept. 17 on the road.

Jaylin Street had 6 kills and Laci Brown had 4 kills.  As a team, Clearwater had 17 aces.

“We have been working on serving aggressively,” said Coach Lisa Ayers. “Jaylin and Laci both had 6 aces. We have to work on consistency. I think that will come as we continue to play games.  We have got to do the little things. These girls don’t give up. They are playing as a team.”

No JV game was played.
