Debra Jeanice Dukes

Debra Jeanice Dukes (Brennan), daughter of the late Floyd Bernell Casey and Thelma Louise Church, was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on October 21, 1954. She departed this life at SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, on October 13, 2020, at the age of 65.

 

On May 12, 2018, Debra was united in marriage to Bertram G. Brennan. She attended the First Baptist Church-St. John’s in St. Louis, Missouri. Debra loved nature, especially watching deer and fishing. She enjoyed driving through the country and being by the lake. Debbie had a special love for Ellington and all of her country cousins. Her greatest joy was being a Mimi and staying in touch with her family and friends.

 

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Thelma Casey.

 

Debra is survived by her husband, Bertram Brennan of St. Louis, Missouri, two sons, Brandon Hill of St. Louis, Missouri, and Matthew Hill of Wentzville, Missouri, two step-sons, Eric Matthew Brennan and Dustin Michael Brennan both of Martinsville, Virginia, special daughter-in-law, Krystal Mizell of St. Charles, Missouri, one brother, Paul Douglas Casey of St. Peters, Missouri, and one granddaughter, Bailey Hill of St. Charles, Missouri. Debra will be deeply missed by a host of relatives and many friends who will mourn her passing.

 

 

Visitation: Thurs, Oct. 22, 2020, from 11 AM – 2 PM at McSpadden Funeral Home, Ellington, Missouri
