Robert Frederick Frost
Robert Frederick Frost of Ironton, Missouri passed away on November 13, 2020 in Pilot Knob, Missouri at the age of 87 years. He was born March 14, 1933, in Des Moines, Iowa the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Conroy) Frost.
In May of 1968 he was united in marriage to Katherine Hight who preceded him in death. Bob is survived by five children: Alana J. Tripp of Arcadia, Missouri; Denise Trotter and husband, Ralph of Des Moines, Iowa; Alan Frost and wife, Ellen of Leubbring, Missouri; Carrie Frost of Park Hills, Missouri; and Robert Frost and wife, Lynna of Phoenix, Arizona. Also surviving are his brother: John “Jack” Frost; two sisters, Shirley Askland, and Sharon Waters (Richard) all of Des Moines, Iowa, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Watts.
Robert was a direct marketing executive and the owner/operator of Click Print in Hillsboro, Missouri. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University and later a Master of Arts degree from the University of Wyoming. Bob served our country in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955 being stationed in Germany. He was a member of St. Marie du Lac Catholic Church where he was a member of the choir. Bob also belonged to a community choir that traveled to local nursing homes to sing for the residents. He enjoyed exercising and did so on a daily basis. He loved to dance, most recently line dancing, but prior to Katherine’s death they often went square dancing.

Graveside services with full military honors will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Arcadia Valley Memorial Park with Father Victor Anokwute officiating.
