Wanda Lou Dillingham

Wanda Lou Dillingham of DeSoto, Missouri, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in DeSoto at the age of 83 years. She was born on June 17, 1937 at Redford, Missouri the daughter of the late Earnest and Ora (Mann) Barton. In addition to he parents she was preceded in death by her son Robert Scott Dillingham.

Wanda was a proud homemaker and a faithful member of St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church where in the past she had served as a children’s Sunday School teacher and a Trustee Chairperson. In her free time, she enjoyed, fishing, camping and crocheting.

She is survived by her loving husband Bobby J. Dillingham of DeSoto, grandson Kevin Larkin of Wakarus, Kansas, great-granddaughter, Lilly Larkin of Wakarus, Kansas, a sister Anna Mae Annese of Corona, Michigan, two brothers, Charles Barton of Monroe City, Missouri, and Jerry (Joyce) Barton of Hawk Point, Missouri, as well as numerous other relatives, and many dear friends and neighbors.

All services will be held privately and are under the care and direction of the Mahn Funeral Home of DeSoto, Missouri. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Peaceful Ridge Cemetery in DeSoto.
