Hwy 49 Near Vulcan to Be Reduced to One Lane for Bridge Repairs
Missouri Route 49 in Iron County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Route BB to County Road 174A near Vulcan, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, March 1 through Thursday, March 4 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
