Gnome Home Anniversary Saturday
Gnome Home was unveiled one year ago. An anniversary celebration is planned this Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at the American Legion Hall parking lot in Piedmont.
Ima Gnome will be our special guest and will be showering the kids with special prizes. We’ll have tons of prizes, age appropriate games to play. John Kellick will be barbecuing burgers and hot dogs, topped off with chips and soda.
Canopies and tables will be provided to provide cover and seating, so it’s rain or shine. The popularity of the gnome home has been astounding and the American Legion is committed to the children. This will be a great way to appreciate our way of life on the 20th anniversary of 9 11, that nothing will keep Americans from honoring the greatest country in the world.
