Glenn Ruble
Glenn Ruble of Farmington, MO formerly of Arcadia, MO passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the age of 70 years, 6 months, and 8 days. He was born March 1, 1951 to the late Tony and Lena Mae Goodman Ruble. Glenn is survived by his wife Darlene Ruble, a brother Ralph Ruble and wife Alma of Wentzville, MO, a sister Rosemary Bourisaw and husband Tim of St. Peters, MO, a stepson James Huff and wife Amanda, 2 grandchildren Talor and Trenton Crawford, a sister-in-law Julie Ruble of Dittmer, MO, and many other loving family members and friends. Glenn graduated from South Iron High School and went on to work for Chrysler as a painter for many years and also was a forklift operator. Glenn was a member of the V.F.W. Post in Farmington, and a member of Solid Rock Family Church in Farmington, and served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Glenn was a kind, caring, and good man. He loved his family, his friends, his country, and the Cardinals. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 beginning at 11:00 am from the Cole Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 15, 2021 beginning at 5:00 pm and lasting until 8:00 pm. Interment will follow the services in the Arcadia Valley Memorial Park. Pastor Darryl Rhodes will be officiating the services. In an effort to show support for Glenn’s favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals, Glenn’s family request all visitors wear their finest St. Louis Cardinal apparel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the local V.F.W. Post of your choice. Visitors are urged to wear face masks due to the rise in Covid cases.
