Mark Jeffrey Graham

Mark Jeffrey Graham, 63, of Dutchtown, MO passed away on Friday, August 27th, 2021, after an 8-month battle with cancer. He was surrounded by family on his beloved hill. He was born on July 22nd, 1958, in Poplar Bluff, MO to Homer Graham and Colleen Graham.

Mark was a man of his word, and enjoyed the years he spent growing his company, Graham Hauling of Cape Girardeau, MO.  Although his greatest pride and joy were his two daughters and his loving bunch of grandchildren.  In his free time, he loved nothing more than taking them fishing, making homemade ice cream, supervising naptime, and giving them their daily dose of donuts and fudge bars.

His loving survivors include his mother Colleen Graham of Okeechobee, FL; two daughters, Heather (Jeff) Brockert of Parkville, MO and Markelle (Matt) Rehan of Dutchtown, MO; grandchildren Braden, Stella, Jameson, Mclaine, Abilene and his newest pride Weston (baby Pete).  His surviving siblings include brother Rick (Kim) Graham of Patterson, MO, and sisters Lois (Mark) Kasten of Dutchtown, MO, Sally (Chris)Tegtmeyer of Okeechobee, FL and Maggie (Barry) Rodgers of Okeechobee, FL. He was preceded in death by his father Homer Graham of Patterson, MO and his brother David Graham of Patterson, MO.

If you knew Mark, you knew that his heart and his home were always open.  All you had to do was pull up a seat at the table, and you became a part of his family forever. There was always plenty of fried fish and Stag to go around.

We take comfort in knowing that he is resting high on his mountain, exploring the rugged wilderness, discovering new lands, new adventures, and his newfound freedom.  Until we meet again PawPaw.

The family will honor Mark with a private service at the family home. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Open Outdoors for kids.  An organization that helps kids across the country experience the beauty of the great outdoors. To donate visit www.nationalparks.org
