Phillip Arthur Wadlow of Ironton, Missouri passed away September 3, 2021, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital at the age of 65 years. He was born January 9, 1956, in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Dorse Milford Wadlow and Barbara (Reed) Wadlow.
On October 1, 2015, he was united in marriage to Adalee (Alexander) Parker who survives. Phil is also survived by his children: Jessie, Cody, and Alex and his bonus children: Debbie Wade (Eric), Angie Bulgarelli (Robert) and Dennis Parker (Tracy), his mother Barbara who resides in Fenton, Missouri with his sister, Jan Duncan. Brothers Craig Wadlow and Rob Wadlow (Kim) and sister-in-law Carol Wadlow survive, as do five grandchildren, five bonus grandchildren, one great grandchild, nine bonus great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In addition to his father, Phil was preceded in death by brother, Dennis Wadlow, brother-in-law, Ronnie Duncan, and bonus granddaughter, Ericka Wade.
Phil was a member of Iron Mountain First Baptist Church. At a very young age, he started playing guitar in the Wadlow Family Bluegrass Band and went on to become an accomplished and well-known musician playing guitar and banjo. He was a member of the Foothills Car Club with his Classic Chevy C10 Pickup, which he enjoyed driving and caring for. Phil loved the Lord and spent many hours admiring all God’s beauty and enjoyed watching the birds and all God’s living creatures, along with his loving wife Adalee and their little Yorkie, Bella.
A Memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at Iron Mountain First Baptist Church with Rev. John Canterberry officiating.
