Russell “JR” Puckett Jr.

Russell “JR” Puckett Jr., 40, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021, in Fredericktown, MO. He was born in Ellington, MO, August 19, 1981, to parents JR Lynn and Edna Yvonne (Goebel) Puckett Sr. JR was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a cashier at Holmes store for the past several years. JR enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children. He is preceded in death by his father. JR is survived by his children: Brayden Puckett of Williamsville, Arabella Puckett and fiancé Daniel Payne of Jasper AL, Haley Puckett and significant other Jordan Abarca of Park Hills; brothers: Robert Puckett and wife Brooke of Chaffee, Joseph Puckett of Williamsville; sister Mandy Hardin and husband Robbie of Chaffee, nieces, nephews, and friends. JR will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation was held at 5:00 pm, Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville Chapel. Funeral service was held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 10, 2021, also in the Williamsville Chapel. Bro. Raymond Nelson ministered to the family. Brayden Puckett, Robert Puckett, Joseph Puckett, Dylan Puckett, Daniel Payne, and Jordan Abarca served as pallbearers. Burial followed in Duncan Cemetery.
