Carol L. (Roach) Shaffer, age 77, of Henderson, TX, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX.

Visitation will be held at 1 PM Tuesday at the Lodi Community Church. Funeral services will follow at 3 PM Tuesday at the church with Rev. Kenny Burchard officiating. Interment will be in the Lewis Cemetery at Lodi. Services are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Chapel.
