Dwight Douglas Dement (Bear)

Dwight Douglas Dement (Bear) 61, of Ironton, MO passed away October 24, 2021 after declining health. Doug was born August 19,1960 in the old Ironton hospital to Carl and Shirley Dement. He is survived by mother Shirley, brothers William (Sharon) Dement, Bryan Dement, sisters Barbara (Randy) Dettmer, Teresia Dement, Carla Dement, Mallissa (Neut) Newstead, daughter Elizabeth, son Michael, four grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. 

Doug was a lifelong truck driver. He was a lover of both people and animals. He never met a stranger. He was a loyal friend that was always eager to help. He was a gentle giant that deeply loved family and we will miss him so much.
