Larry Paul Page, Sr.

Larry Paul Page, Sr., age 72, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022, at his home in Piedmont. He was born October 6, 1949, in Gideon, Mo., the son of Lyman Page and Louise Proffer.

A long time resident of Piedmont, Larry was a 1967 graduate of Clearwater High School. He worked as a dump truck driver and was a machinist. Larry was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the US Navy from 1967 to 1971.

  Preceding him in death are his parents, Lyman Page and Louise Page-Schaefermeier, one sister, Linda Townsend and one grandchild, Abagail.

Survivors include 3 children, Larry Page, Jr. and his wife Crystal, of Wichita, Kansas, Denisha Byrd, of Piedmont, Andy Page and his wife Danielle, of Piedmont, one sister, Betty Lundy, of Patterson, two half sisters, Tammy Clover, of Piedmont and Lisa Ward, of Patterson.

Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, Lauren, Alex, Emily, Abbie, Ryder, Piper and Hudsynn, along with many other family and friends.

Memorial services were held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel in Piedmont with Rev. Kenneth Harper and Rev. Larry Page, Jr. officiating. Special recorded songs were played for the service and graveside honors were given by the US Navy and the Piedmont American Legion Post #281 Honor Guard. Interment was in the Patterson Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Chapel.
