Barbara Joyce Cooper

Barbara Joyce Cooper, 78, of Silva, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in Champaign, Ill.

Barbara was born November 9, 1943, at St. Louis, MO, to parents Harold Stotts and Lucille (Jones) Stotts.

Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandkids. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, cooking, and quilting. She also enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Monroe Cooper Sr.

Barbara is survived by her two children; Billy Cooper of Silva, Mo., and Debbie Brown of Champaign, Ill.; grandchildren; Jesse Cooper, Ashley Cooper, Michael Brown, David Brown, and Shawn Brown; great-grandchildren; Natalie Cooper, Owen Cooper, Isabella Brown, Autumn Brown, and Sienna Brown; great-great-grandchildren; Elaina Delarosa and Anthony Delarosa. brothers; Charles Stotts, Harold Stotts, James Stotts, Bobby Stotts, Bud Stotts, Ricky Stotts, and Terry Stotts; sister; Betty Valdes, Marian Larson, and Gail Wylde. She will be forever fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation was Monday, August 1, 2022, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel. Funeral service followed , also in the Greenville Chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Silva, Mo.
