John P. Bennett

John P. Bennett, age 66 of Greenville, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Greenville Health Care Center in Greenville, MO. He was born July 12, 1956 in Poplar Bluff, MO, the son of Ivan Bennett and Mary Katherine (Rhodes) Bennett. A lifelong resident of Greenville, John had worked for Libla Pallet Company in Silva and was of the Methodist faith.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Denise Bennett, his parents, Ivan and Mary Bennett, and one brother, Richard (Dick) Bennett.

Survivors include 2 sons, Richard Bennett and his wife Jenny, of Clubb, Michael Bennett, of Greenville, 3 brothers, Mike Bennett and his wife Phyllis, of Wentzville, Fred Bennett and his wife Diana, of Greenville and Patrick Bennett and his wife Lockianna, of Patterson.

In addition, he is survived by 6 grandchildren, Brittaney, Cody, Jace, Graycen, Bailey and Ila, and many other family and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Saturday, September 17 at the Morrison Funeral Chapel in Greenville.
