Tarrie Leona Myers

Tarrie Leona (Wadlow) Myers of Ironton, MO entered into rest and was awarded her new body on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the age of 73 years, 9 months, and 22 days.

She was born December 10, 1948 in Ironton, MO, a daughter of the late Ira and Georgia Bone Wadlow. On February 20, 1965 she was united in marriage to David Myers, who preceded her in death on May 24, 2021. To this union was born three children; Bobbye Myers if Ironton, Regina Stone and Husband Jay of Farmington, and a son Anthony Myers who preceded her in death in infancy.

Also surviving are a brother Tim Wadlow and wife Lori; three sisters Velda Kay Mauzy, Jean Barton and Vickie Harper and husband Darrell; Eight Grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Russell, Clyde, Ronnie and an infant brother Jerry Wadlow, and three sisters, Barb Browers, Joan Blevins, and Ruby Nash.

Tarrie was a member of Grace Christian Fellowship Church where she served as Deacon and Church Secretary, and was employed at Brown Shoe in Ironton. Visitation was held on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Cole Family Chapel. Celebration of Life was held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Cole Family Chapel with Elder Mark Sutton officiating. Interment will be in Wadlow Cemetery.
