Carolyn Mae Fulton

Carolyn Mae Fulton, age 76, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at her home near Patterson. She was born July 7, 1946 in Vulcan, MO, the daughter of Thomas Stevenson and Marie (Charlton) Stevenson.

  Carolyn was married to Robert Fulton March 23, 1968 and was a long time resident of Patterson. She was a homemaker and had attended the Assembly of God Church.

  Preceding her in death are her parents, Thomas and Marie Stevenson, her son, Robert “Robbie” Fulton, 5 brothers, Guy, Eugene, Vernon, Lowell and Richard “Dick” Stevenson, and 1 sister, Melba Clifford.

  Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Robert Fulton, Sr. of the home, one daughter, Sherrie Chitwood and her husband Aaron, of Ellington, 2 brothers, Gary Stevenson and his wife Rita, of Lucas, KY, Jerry Stevenson, of Festus, MO, 3 sisters, Shirley Caldwell, of Wappapello, Patricia Potter, of Piedmont and Charlotte McClain and her husband Dennis, of OFallon, MO.

  Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

  Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Morrison Funeral Chapel in Piedmont with Rev. Darrel Loughridge and Rev. Dan Ross officiating. Tributes were given by friends and Laura Belmar, Lonnie Allen and Rita Bridges provided special music. Sam Bollinger, Johnny Dale Lutes, Jeff Mabury, Tim Schofield, Amy Rusk and Ronnie Potter served as Pall Bearers. Chris Bollinger, Charles Lutes, Gary Clifford, Doug Clifford and Jim Bangert served as Honorary Pall Bearers. Interment was in the Patterson Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Chapel.
