Ellington Woman Dies in Crash

An Ellington woman was killed in a one-vehicle crash on Dec. 20. The accident occurred at 11:40 a.m. on Highway 21, 15 miles south of Ellington.
Sharon K. Lee, 76, was northbound in a 2008 Toyota Scion. She was not wearing a seat belt, the Highway Patrol reported. The Highway Patrol said her vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway, struck some trees, and overturned.
Lee was pronounced dead at the scene.
