Brian William Allen

Brian William Allen, 43, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away December 24, 2022, at his residence. He was born in St. Louis, MO, October 8, 1979, to parents William Michael and Mary Ellen (Burton) Allen. Brian was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was a very good uncle to all his nieces and nephews. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Brian enjoyed being outside, hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He liked to travel and shoot some pool. He spent many years doing carpentry work. He is preceded in death by his father: William Allen. Brian is survived by his mother: Mary Allen of Piedmont, MO; brother: Mike and his wife Alicia Allen of Piedmont, MO; sister: Michelle Winchester and significant other Jarlath Dux of York, ME; nephews: Michael and his wife Ravin Allen, Cody Winchester, Dustin Winchester, Logan Winchester, Zack Winchester, Drew Allen; nieces: Caitlin and her husband Joel Koenig; great-nephews: Easton Koenig, Cooper Koenig, Brantley Allen, Carson Allen, Waylon Allen. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation was held at 11:00 am, December 28, 2022, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Funeral service followed at 1:00 pm, also in the Piedmont Chapel. Pastor Richard Sanders ministered to the family. Mike Allen, Cody Winchester, Dustin Winchester, Logan Winchester, Zack Winchester, Michael Allen, Drew Allen, Brantley Allen, and Joel Koenig served as pallbearers.
