Judy Whitney Lowers

Judy Whitney Lowers, age 68, of Piedmont, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born January 26, 1954 in St. Louis, the daughter of Erskine Whitney and Jessie (Boyer) Whitney. She was married to Joseph Lowers January 15, 2000 at Piedmont and was a long time resident. She had worked for Garden Foods and operated her own restaurant.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Erskine and Jessie Whitney, 3 brothers, Jimie James Whitney, Edward Whitney, Erskine Whitney, Jr. and 1 sister, Betty Whitney.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Joseph Lowers, of the home, one brother, David Joseph Whitney, of Piedmont, many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Chapel.
