Joseph Franklin Bowen was born on June 29, 1933 and passed away February 6,2023 at the age of 89.

Visitation was held Saturday, February 11, 2023, 11AM-1PM at McSpadden Funeral Home, Bunker, Missouri funeral  followed at 1PM.

Minister was Pastor Tom Wisdom assisted by Dan Swiney. Burial was at Bay Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Hoot, R.W., Kasen, Landon, Jaiden and Lindell Bowen.
