Bilbery, 94, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Clarks Mountain Nursing Center in Piedmont, MO.  Visitation will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville Chapel.
