Levi William Leverett of Annapolis, MO was born July 19, 2004 in Farmington, MO, a son of David and Kelly McCormick Leverett of Annapolis, MO, who survive. He departed this life April 4, 2023 at the age of 18 years, 8 months, and 15 days.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wed. April 12 at 11 AM from Cole Family Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Pitchers officiating. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, April 11 from 5 to 8 PM.. Interment will be in the Rutter Cemetery near Champion Springs. Memorials are requested to Levi’s family.
