On April 20th the Bunker math team competed in the SEMO math field day competition against schools from southeast Missouri and Illinois. The competition is divided into 2 divisions small and large schools. Schools with over 500 high school students go to the large school division.
Due to a mistake, somehow Bunker got placed in the large school division. Amazingly the Bunker team still did very well against the large schools. Bunker even placed third place overall among large schools.
“We are very proud of our Bunker students,” said Jamie Skaggs.
