The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded contracts for Southeast District projects during its regular meeting on May 3. Awarded contracts include pavement repairs, intersection improvements, sidewalk improvements, a culvert replacement, guardrail and guard cable repairs, slope repairs, and sign installation projects.
Contracts include the following:
A $575,000 contract was awarded to Fronabarger Concreters, Inc., for concrete repairs on Interstate 57, Interstate 55, and Interstate 155 in the Southeast District.
A $750,000 contract was awarded to Fronabarger Concreters, Inc., for concrete repairs along major routes in the Southeast District.
A $484,999 contract was awarded to RL Persons Construction, Inc., for intersection improvements at various locations in Bollinger, Butler, Carter, Howell, Stoddard, and Wayne counties
A $743,356 contract was awarded to APAC-Central, Inc., for grading, paving and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sidewalk improvements and roundabout modifications on Business 5 at Springfield Road and Jefferson Street in Ava, Missouri in Douglas County
An $889,999 contract was awarded to RL Persons Construction, Inc., for a culvert replacement on Route 142 over Mill Creek in Ripley County
A $612,000 contract was awarded to Collins & Hermann, Inc., for guardrail and guard cable repairs at various locations in the Southeast District
A $3,037,500 contract was awarded to Collins & Hermann, Inc., for guardrail and guard cable repairs at various locations in the Southeast District
A $581,931 contract was awarded to H.R. Quadri Contractors, LLC, for erosion control repairs at various location on Route 60 in Carter and Shannon counties
A $783,243 contract was awarded to Road Runner Safety Services, Inc., for sign installations along various routes throughout the Southeast District
Additional information, regarding timelines and impacts to traffic, will be released prior to the start of construction.
