Doris Ann Berkebile

Doris Ann Berkebile, age 83, passed away Friday, August 4th, 2023 at her home near Greenville. She was  born January 24, 1940 at Taskee in Wayne County, MO, the daughter of Jasper Bailey and Mary (Willard) Bailey. Doris was a school teacher in Tennessee for many years and had lived near Greenville since her retirement.
She was married to Norvin Condray and he preceded her in death. She was then married to Ava Dean Berkebile and he also preceded her in death. In addition, she is preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Mary Bailey, her son, Cody Condray, and 4 sisters, Berniece Wilder, Lois Hemmerlein, Wilma Wadley and Helen Evatt.
Survivors include her son, Duane Bailey, of Greenville, her sister, Roberta Deason, of Greenville, her adopted sister, Belta Heaton, and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Private Graveside services were held with Rev. Tom Wilder officiating. Interment was in the Cool Springs Cemetery near Taskee under the direction of Morrison Funeral Chapel.
