Marilyn Leslie Dement, 59, of Ellington, MO, embarked on her final adventure on September 24, 2023. Born on May 21, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois. Marilyn leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, survived by her husband, Danny Dement Jr. and a host of cherished friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Trey – Danny Dement III, her mother Ester Cook-Martin, and her father Claude Martin and her beloved German Shepard  and fur baby- Sheba.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 held at the McSpadden Funeral Home, 610 Main St., Ellington, MO with visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the funeral starting at 12 noon.  Reception to follow the service sponsored by VFW Auxiliary 6660 located at 2315 Green St., Centerville, MO.
