The evening featured music and entertainment by Friends Pickin, Tom Moss, Mark Roberts, Wayne Roderman, Warren DeMent, Leon Hampton, Garett DeMent, and Ethan DeMent, whose performances helped draw a crowd and keep the atmosphere lively.
Auctioneer Eric Mansfield once again played a key role in the success of the event, leading the bidding with his trademark energy and enthusiasm. Assisting with the evening were auction helpers Diane Roberts and Patti Walker, tellers Krista Hampton and Sandy Wakefield, and Wilma Rains, who handled baked goods sales. Carol Ward and Becky Foster kept coffee flowing for attendees, while Chas Wilcox and Kirsten McFadden worked diligently behind the scenes to prepare for the fundraiser.
The auction also benefited from the generosity of community members who contributed baked goods, donated items, and bid generously throughout the night.
Organizers said the strong turnout and enthusiastic participation demonstrate the community’s continued commitment to supporting the Nutrition Center and its services.
