ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE CURRENT PHYSICALS AND PROOF OF INSURANCE TO PARTICIPATE ON THE FIRST DAY. BOTH PHYSICIANS’ OFFICES IN TOWN HAVE THE PHYSICAL FORMS FROM THE MSHSAA WEBSITE.
